Just before a planned business trip to San Fancisco, CA. my computer went down and I was faced with sending it back to my home office in Montreal, Canada. I then authorized Jeff @ ProTECHtion to see what could be done. Jeff came out to my house and spent 3 to 4 hours working on my computer and brought it back to life.
